This is my favorite Starbucks locations. I love that you can come in here and grab a quick cup of coffee or hang around and get some work done. The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Even when the line gets long and it's very busy in the store, you aren't standing in line to order very long and the baristas making the drinks quickly get them out.
I can recall one time that they were out of the things to make my drink and the lady was so apologetic and quickly offered me a replacement. I highly recommend coming here as a break from your shopping. -

One or two helpful, polite and accommodating baristas here...the rest are trained by their nutcase of a manager (who is also ridiculously rude and obnoxious herself) to police people and have conspicuous arguments with customers about refills, cup size choice and closely monitor how much milk/cream you pour in your coffee!!! Appallingly bad training going on at this store. Quality of the coffee is unacceptably substandard; tastes like burnt swamp-water. Exemplary location for Starbucks corporate to train new employees and managers how NOT to run a store!

Horrible experience at this store a while ago. Trash outside, cups, drink cups, a mess. I went inside to place my orders and mentioned that clean up was needed outside. My coffee was lukewarm, oatmeal was cold, tables were covered in spills, a mess.
I mentioned about the messes outside again and 20 minutes later it still wasn't cleaned up. I picked up the trash myself but nothing was wiped down or cleaned. Meanwhile I wanted a hot coffee and stood in queue for more than 12 minutes - only two clients ahead of me.
This is a lovely location outside the HOME DEPOT but is critically lacking proper management and staff training. A horrible experience. If it were busy I would make allowances, there were 3 employees behind the counter and a 4th at the side refilling milks, serviettes, etc. More help then clients. -

Seating is very limited, therefore, it is a grab and go situation. It's not hard to mess up a tea bag and hot water, therefore, can't complain about the drink. Customer service was decent. Snack selection is a bit slim considering that it is a smaller location.

Good corner location; right inside the Home Depot, with its own automatic sliding door to the retail side.
The regular communal tables and window seating, but not as much fancy lounge chairs inside. But outside, they have the real nice bench padded sofas, with the heat lamp, though not recommended in today's weather.
A bit on the smaller side but another coffee alternative in the Village shopping area.
